The Senior Director - Commercial at Qiddiya Investment Company will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our commercial strategies for landmark projects within the entertainment and leisure industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives for major projects.
- Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure favorable commercial terms.
- Oversee contract management processes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster relationships with external partners to facilitate collaboration and enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor and develop the commercial team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in commercial management or contract negotiation within the construction, real estate sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and contracts.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
- Proficiency in commercial management tools and software.
