من أهم مسؤوليات مسؤول اول معالجة الشكاوي هو إدارة الشكاوى وتحليلها ومتابعة معالجتها والتأكد من ضمان جودة التقارير التي تعكس مؤشرات الاداء للإدارة ، وقياس أداء

الإدارات الاخرى المرتبطة بمركز الاتصال، مع تقديم التوصيات التحسينية التي تسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء و تحسين الإجراءات ورفع مستوى رضا المستفيدين والمساهمة في تعزيز أداء الشركة و تجربة العميل .

الأولوية - المسؤولية /المهام ( تشمل و لكن لا تقتصر على ما يلي أدناه )

1 - معالجة الشكاوى عبر نظام البنك المركزي E-SAMA

2 - متابعة و التأكد من سير عمل جميع الشكاوى و مركز الإتصال :

إستقبال و توثيق و دراسة الشكاوى و التجاوب معه بشكل فعال وفوري .

إعداد تقرير تحليلي يوضح تحليل الشكوى و أسباب نشوئها .

إعداد تقرير لتقييم أداء العمل و جودة الموظفين .

إعداد تقرير لتقييم أداء الإدارة بشكل عام .

إعداد و تطوير معايير قياس الجودة و مؤشرات الأداء .

تقديم التوصيات التحسينية لدعم تطوير أداء الإدارة

3 - إستقبال أو تعميد طلبات إعتراض ( سمة ) و التجاوب معها بشكل فعال و فوري

4 - الإلتزام بسياسات و إجراءات البنك المركزي

5 - الإلتزام بالعمل وفقا لخطة العمل الموضوعة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لتحقيق مستهدفات الإدارة

6 - تلقي و إستقبال المكالمات و العملاء عند الحاجة و تقديم الدعم الكامل لفريق عمل مركز الإتصال ( الشكاوى الداخلية ).

7 - تبليغ المدير المباشر أو الإدارة المختصة في حال وجود أي تعاملات مالية مشبوهة تختص بعمليات إحتيال أو تمثيل غير نظامي.

8 - العمل بشكل مباشر مع مدير الإدارة لتحقيق الأهداف بكفاءة
