Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating CBU cluster contracts and amendments to ensure balanced risk allocation and high-quality outcomes. The role includes developing and updating standardized and specialized contracts, advising on legal matters related to existing agreements, supporting projects and initiatives through participation in relevant committees, managing outsourced legal services, reporting material issues to senior management, working closely with designated units under a business partner model, and delivering workshops and training on CBU contract matters.

Job Responsibility
- Preparing, reviewing contracts and amendments flowing form CBU cluster to ensure risks associated with them are balanced.
- Leading the legal negotiation in relation to the preparation, amending, or reviewing of CBU cluster contracts.
- Preparing and updating standardized contracts and special nature contracts tailored for the needs of the CBU cluster.
- Advising on legal issues in relation to existing CBU contracts to ensure the safeguarding of the groups interests.
- Participate in working teams and committees to provide legal support in the scope of CBU cluster contracts pertaining to proj ect s and initiatives if and when required.
- Ensuring high level quality contracts are generated.
- Ensure proper report process to higher management in relation to material issues, progress of work, and accomplishments.
- Operating under a business partner model to work closely and continuously with designated units.
- Managing the outsourcing of CBU cluster contracts legal services including the selection process, overseeing the delivery of leg al services, and evaluating and signing off the services deliverable.
- Providing and arranging for workshops and training related to the area of CBU contracts for beneficiaries units.

核心职责
1. 销售全链路数字化监控与分析
负责汇总并深入分析多维度的销售日报,颗粒度须穿透至门店、车型 (Trim)、购车方式、 及客户历程中各阶段和时间节点。
重点监控“线索 - 订单 - 交付” (Leads-to-Order-to-Delivery) 全流程,通过 OTD 效率分析识别业务瓶颈,并驱动进口商协同解决。
2. 采购订单与交付管理
根据年度目标,主导经销商的下单节奏,确保其按时、按量完成采购订单,并及时回款。
协调内部相关部门,解决车辆销售给进口商流程中的各类问题,确保车辆准时交付至进口商指定地点。
3. 3+3 滚动预测与管线管理
严格执行 3+3 滚动预测机制,定期与进口商复盘未来 的需求规划。
确保未来订单 (Order Pipeline) 的充足性与准确性,为供应链及产能分配提供可靠依据。
4. 联合促销策略策划与执行
基于市场趋势与数据分析,与进口商共同设计具备竞争力的促销方案。
负责促销效果的实时追踪与复盘,根据动态销量数据调整销售策略。
5. 销售缺口诊断与业绩改进
主动识别销售进度与目标之间的缺口,制定并主导实施专项改进方案。
组织定期销售相关会议,推动进口商团队解决实际执行层面的问题,并监管进度和结果。
6. 竞品动态与渠道洞察
持续追踪竞品的价格变动、商务政策及营销手段,提供具前瞻性的对标报告。
深度调研沙特当地渠道表现,为比亚迪在当地的价格体系及产品布局提供决策支持。
