About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to own the full project lifecycle — from concept design through to IFC (Issued for Construction) documentation and on-site construction supervision. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who can move fluidly between design leadership and technical delivery, with strong exposure to hospitality projects.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to own the full project lifecycle — from concept design through to IFC (Issued for Construction) documentation and on-site construction supervision. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who can move fluidly between design leadership and technical delivery, with strong exposure to hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept through Design Development, Construction Documentation, and IFC issuance
- Provide construction supervision on active sites: technical/drawing reviews, approvals, and quality control
- Review and approve material specifications and coordinate mock-up approvals
- Manage project delivery timelines and coordinate across design and construction teams
- Bring hands-on drawing and detailing capability — this is not a purely managerial or review-only position
- Support new project pursuits and proposals as needed
- Liaise directly with Head of Technical and CDO on technical direction and project strategy
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 8–10+ years of experience spanning both design and construction supervision (specify years for each)
- Demonstrated experience taking projects from concept design through to IFC documentation
- Proven construction supervision experience, including technical approvals, drawing reviews, and materials specification
- Hospitality sector experience is required — candidates must be able to name specific hotel/hospitality projects worked on and their role
- Consultancy background (GCC/KSA-based consultancies preferred)
- Strong hands-on drawing and technical detailing skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
