Job Purpose
A senior analyst role typically involves analyzing and interpreting complex data to provide insights and recommendations that drive business strategy and decision-making. As a senior analyst in this role, the primary responsibility is to help steer the direction of the business by providing accurate and actionable analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and other relevant data.
Key Accountabilities
Data Analysis:

Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources such as production planning, financial statements, market research reports, and internal databases.

Using statistical analysis tools, data visualization techniques, and other analytical methods.

Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data.
Performance Monitoring:

Track and monitor the performance of the business by regularly reviewing and analyzing key metrics and KPIs.

Assessing financial performance, sales figures, market share, and other relevant indicators.

Identifying areas of strength and weakness and provide insights to help improve business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Strategy and Business Development (Growth Project):
- Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Developing and maintaining financial model for growth project.

Optimize resource allocation and develop effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, operations, and strategy, to gather data.
- Understand business needs and align analysis with broader organizational goals. Working closely with other departments to ensure that our analysis is comprehensive and aligned with the overall business strategy
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest analytical tools, techniques, and industry trends. Continuous learning and improvement are key to enhancing your analytical skills and staying ahead in a rapidly evolving business environment
Ad-hoc analysis and reports:

Handles ad-hoc requests.

Extracts valuable insights from financial datasets.

Create customized reports to address specific requests.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance or Accounting.
Minimum Experience:

5-8 Years experience.
