Job Summary
The Night Shift Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises, employees, visitors, and company assets during overnight hours. The role involves monitoring property, conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and ensuring all security procedures are followed.

The Night Shift Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises, employees, visitors, and company assets during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities
- Patrol the premises regularly to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security risks.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
- Control access to the facility by verifying visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, accidents, or suspicious activities.
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
- Conduct opening and closing security checks as required.
- Ensure doors, gates, windows, and restricted areas are secure.
- Assist with emergency evacuations and follow emergency response procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns to management.
- Maintain a professional and courteous presence while enforcing company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is an advantage.
- Valid security guard license or certification (where required by local regulations).
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for report writing and monitoring security systems.
