Scheduler

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in line with project scope, milestones, and contractual requirements. Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead schedules, recovery schedules, and revised schedules. Update project progress regularly and monitor actual vs. planned performance. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to collect progress information. Track critical activities, critical path, float, milestones, and project delays. Identify schedule slippages and prepare recommendations for corrective actions. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and schedule performance reports. Monitor procurement activities and material deliveries against project requirements. Coordinate with project teams to establish realistic activity durations, logic, and resource requirements. Conduct schedule impact analysis and support delay/extension-of-time assessments. Prepare recovery plans and acceleration schedules when required. Maintain proper documentation of schedule revisions and progress updates. Participate in project planning meetings and communicate schedule risks to management. Ensure schedules are aligned with contractual milestones and project execution strategies. Support project management with forecasting, manpower planning, and progress measurement.
