What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Executives, providing clear direction, coaching and training to drive individual and team performance
- Own the overall performance of the Food Service channel and drive the achievement of sales targets across the assigned region
- Plan and optimize sales routes, conduct regular market visits with the team and maintain visit records to track execution and employee development
- Manage regional accounts and build strong customer relationships to support sustainable business growth and excellent customer service
- Analyze sales performance, including forecasting, regression and cannibalization, and turn insights into actions that support commercial decisions
- Plan and execute weekly product promotions, BDA and other channel activities while ensuring effective communication of price changes internally and externally
- Work closely with Merchandising to improve execution, maximize merchandiser productivity and strengthen shelf share across relevant markets
- Monitor NTEs and damages to ensure they remain within budget, while identifying opportunities to maximize commercial benefits at the lowest possible cost
- Regularly assess team performance, identify development needs and follow up on individual development plans
- Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Key Account Development, Sales Excellence, Finance, IT and Logistics to ensure smooth and effective commercial execution
- Ensure the team operates in line with company policies, HSE standards, food safety requirements and applicable procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related administrative field
- 3–5 years of experience in the retail/sales channel as a Sales Executive
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Commercial and analytical mindset with a strong focus on sales performance and results
- Good planning, organization and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
