About The Role
Our client is a Riyadh-based lighting solutions company that supplies lighting and lighting control systems to commercial, hospitality and residential projects across Saudi Arabia. They are hiring an energetic field sales representative who combines visits with digital outreach. An engineering background is not required, but you must learn the product quickly and use the internet and social media to find and follow up customers. There is no sales target for the first three months while you learn the market and the product; a monthly target is set after that. Performance is measured by sales closed and new customers won. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on-site; candidates relocate from Syria).

Key Responsibilities
- Visit shops, contractors and project owners in Riyadh and present the lighting range.
- Find new customers online, through social media and by direct calls.
- Prepare quotations and follow them through to sale and collection.
- Follow up existing customers and record visits and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Sales Engineer on requests that need technical support.
- Submit a weekly report on visits and sales.
- 2 to 3 years in field sales or B2B sales.
- Confident user of the internet, social media and office tools such as Excel.
- High school certificate at minimum.
- Fluent Arabic.
- Ready to relocate to Riyadh, with a valid passport.
- Experience selling lighting, electrical supplies or building materials.
- Valid driving licence.
- Basic English.
- University degree in marketing or business.
- Net salary of SAR 3,500 per month.
- 1% commission on sales, with no cap.
- No sales target for the first three months.
- Saudi residency (iqama) and health insurance.
- Five-day working week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
