Sales & Marketing Director

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to lead the commercial side of an established business and take full ownership of its growth.

This is the senior commercial seat. You will set the sales and marketing strategy, own the commercial P&L and budget, and lead the team that delivers it. The remit runs across the full commercial agenda: sales across all channels, brand and trade marketing, pricing, key accounts and distribution, and new product launches from idea through to market.

What the role involves:

• Setting and delivering the annual sales and marketing strategy and plan
• Owning the commercial P&L, the budget, and the targets
• Leading sales across all channels, and growing distribution and market share
• Building and protecting the brand, and running trade marketing and category management
• Managing key accounts, distributors, and partners, and negotiating commercial terms
• Building and leading the sales and marketing team, including the managers who run it
  
  
  

What we are looking for:

• At least 12 years in sales and marketing, with several of those in a senior leadership role running a function, owning a P&L, and managing other managers
• A clear track record of profitable growth and market-share gains
• Strong commercial judgment and the presence to operate at decision-maker level
• Based in Saudi Arabia
• Fluent in Arabic and English
