Contributes to sales plan in a specific region. Defines sales strategy for targeted clients.

As the Account Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Managing applications and technical support needs for customer accounts
  • Leads and develops a collaborative team to solve complex and interesting technical problems.
  • Provides a vital service by implementing, monitoring, and evaluating delivery systems
  • Build long-term strategic relationships by providing account management to customers while understanding their business requirements and originating sales opportunities.
  • Identify, coordinate, and collaborate with team members to drive projects, technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers.
  • Develop, deliver, and lead business reviews and technical presentations to customers, executive leadership, and team.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of existing equipment process business for customer accounts account representatives.
  • Demonstrate good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, MBA is preferred.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Have excellent leadership, excellent interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
  • Understand principle of market share growth strategy
