Job Description
The Sales Executive supports the Sales team in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and maximizing revenue across all hotel segments. The role involves conducting client visits, preparing proposals, negotiating business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while representing the hotel in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
The Sales Executive supports the Sales team in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and maximizing revenue across all hotel segments. The role involves conducting client visits, preparing proposals, negotiating business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while representing the hotel in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotations.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with operational departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Sales, Hospitality, or a customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and the local market is preferred.
