Skills And Competencies
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a sales or business development role
- Sales experience working with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Strong lead generation and sales conversation skills – cold emails, cold calls, prospecting, and nurturing leads
- Driven to exceed goals and motivated by achieving measurable results; this is a role with commissionable targets and KPIs
- Able to assess the suitability of opportunities and skilled at managing objections
- Eager to develop a career in sales and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative sales team
- Diligence, attention to detail, multi-tasking and prioritization are keys to success in this role
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related area is required
- Leverage a wide range of tools to support sales development activities
- Utilizing CRM software to track and measure all sales development efforts
- Collaborate and work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve common sales objectives
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing and events, nurturing them into qualified sales opportunities
- Qualify sales opportunities and collaborate with greater sales teams and functions to advance deals
- Execute cold outreach, to successfully prospect target personas and nurture leads
- Conduct research to identify key target personas and gather relevant contact information
- Lead cold calling campaigns to prospect, nurture warm leads, and qualify new sales opportunities
- Strategize with sales teams on their key focus areas and work on plans to generate sales pipeline through SDR activities
