This Sales Consultant – Retail position is a key front-facing role at SARA Group, contributing to our goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience and meeting ambitious sales objectives. Based in KSA, you will be part of a vibrant showroom team, playing a vital role in connecting customers to our high-quality products, while representing the company’s values and standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Achieve individual sales targets while supporting the overall objectives of the Building Materials Division.
- Provide an authentic and personalized customer experience, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
- Monitor and report daily sales activities, providing feedback to the sales manager about operations and product performance.
- Execute merchandising strategies in compliance with SARA and Principal Suppliers’ guidelines.
- Ensure accurate product pricing and barcode labeling according to company policy.
- Investigate lost sales opportunities and customer accounts to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Division Leader to suggest innovative marketing promotions and strategies.
- Assess competitor activity and provide insights to enhance our market positioning.
- Review new product performance and customer feedback, preparing actionable plans for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Keep the team motivated, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
- Comply with ERP and CRM systems to optimize sales processes and customer interactions.
- Strive continuously to expand the customer base and improve overall sales performance.

What We’re Looking For:
- A Saudi National.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience or a fresh graduate with demonstrated sales potential.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- You bring confidence, drive, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
