Sales Account Manager-SAP

We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales Account Manager to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients in the private sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and selling SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for SAP solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the private sector.
• Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable SAP solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, consulting, and implementation teams to develop suitable solutions for clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer records using CRM systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Proven experience working with private-sector companies.
• Previous experience selling SAP solutions, ERP systems, or enterprise software.
• Good understanding of SAP products and their business applications.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Experience dealing with business owners, IT managers, and senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and a target-oriented mindset.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
