Safety is of paramount importance to all Mammoet operations. So our SHE-Q professionals play a mission-critical role in maintaining the highest possible standards for our colleagues, contractors, and customers around the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support project SHEQ initiatives and ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring activities.
- Participate in incident investigations and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Facilitate Mammoet internal training and SHEQ awareness programs.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project activities.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of SHEQ management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Expert level experience in SHE-Q regulations. Professional level experience in SHE-Q systems, HLT equipment and MS Office suite.
- English, fluent proficient verbal and written
- Vocational education in technical discipline
- Evidence of experience in a similar role.
- Associate degree in Health, Safety & Environment discipline
- Challenging and engaging role with relatively complex tasks with vast exposure towards SHEQ
