تعلن شركة اتحاد ميار عن رغبتها في استقطاب كفاءة متميزة للانضمام إلى فريق الموارد البشرية في المقر الرئيسي بمدينة الرياض لشغل وظيفة:
أخصائي رواتب (Payroll Specialist)
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة وإعداد مسيرات الرواتب الشهرية والمستحقات بدقة وفي المواعيد المحددة.
- احتساب الإضافي، الحسميات، الإجازات، ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة وفقاً لنظام العمل السعودي.
- إدارة وتحديث البيانات المالية للموظفين على أنظمة الموارد البشرية (ERP System).
- معالجة ملفات حماية الأجور (WPS) ورفعها عبر المنصات المعتمدة (منصة قوى / البنك).
- التنسيق مع الإدارة المالية لضمان مطابقة الحسابات وتسوية أي فروقات.
- الإجابة على استفسارات الموظفين المتعلقة بالرواتب والمستحقات وحلها بكفاءة.
الشروط والمؤهلات المطلوبة:
- شهادة البكالوريوس في (الموارد البشرية، المحاسبة، إدارة الأعمال) أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة عمل عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال إدارة الرواتب والأجور.
- معرفة قوية جداً بـ نظام العمل السعودي والتأمينات الاجتماعية.
- مهارة ممتازة في استخدام برامج الـ Excel والتعامل مع البيانات الرقمية.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات والالتزام التام بالأمانة المهنية.
