Parsons is seeking a dynamic and analytical Risk Lead Officer (Saudi National) to oversee the risk management framework for our operations in the Tabuk region. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic, operational, and financial risks across complex mega-project packages.
This position requires a proactive Saudi National who can champion a robust risk-aware culture, ensuring project objectives are met safely, on time, and within budget in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
Parsons is seeking a dynamic and analytical Risk Lead Officer (Saudi National) to oversee the risk management framework for our operations in the Tabuk region. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic, operational, and financial risks across complex mega-project packages.
This position requires a proactive Saudi National who can champion a robust risk-aware culture, ensuring project objectives are met safely, on time, and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the implementation of the Project Risk Management Plan in accordance with Parsons’ standards and NEOM governance frameworks.
- Facilitate regular risk identification workshops with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to capture emerging threats and opportunities.
- Maintain and update the project Risk Register, performing both qualitative and quantitative risk analyses (including Monte Carlo simulations where applicable).
- Develop, monitor, and track the effectiveness of risk mitigation action plans alongside key task owners.
- Prepare comprehensive risk dashboards and reports for senior leadership, highlighting critical risk trends, exposure levels, and contingency recommendations.
- Foster a culture of risk awareness and provide guidance to junior team members and project stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Arts/Psychology. Masters in Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in project risk management, with mandatory, hands-on experience navigating the unique challenges of the NEOM project ecosystem within the Tabuk region.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in risk management software (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, @RISK, or Active Risk Manager) and advanced data visualization tools.
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, strong critical thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams on a high-profile mega-project site.
