Today, we are recruiting for a Reporting Lead to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the project reporting framework in line with PMO, contract, and client requirements.
  • Consolidate inputs from planning, commercial, risk, engineering, OPM, and interfaces into coherent project reports.
  • Prepare and issue periodic reports (weekly, monthly, dashboards, executive summaries).
  • Ensure alignment between schedule data, commercial data, and narrative reporting.
  • Coordinate management reviews and reporting cycles with internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Maintain reporting standards, templates, KPIs, and data governance across the project.
  • Support ad‑hoc management and client reporting, including deep‑dives and presentations.
  • Identify reporting gaps, data inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • +4 years of experience in project controls and reporting, preferably on large infrastructure or rail projects
  • Advanced proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SharePoint)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and data integrity
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear executive narratives
  • Strong coordination and deadline management
