What are my responsibilities?
- Lead the development and maintenance of the project reporting framework in line with PMO, contract, and client requirements.
- Consolidate inputs from planning, commercial, risk, engineering, OPM, and interfaces into coherent project reports.
- Prepare and issue periodic reports (weekly, monthly, dashboards, executive summaries).
- Ensure alignment between schedule data, commercial data, and narrative reporting.
- Coordinate management reviews and reporting cycles with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Maintain reporting standards, templates, KPIs, and data governance across the project.
- Support ad‑hoc management and client reporting, including deep‑dives and presentations.
- Identify reporting gaps, data inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline
- +4 years of experience in project controls and reporting, preferably on large infrastructure or rail projects
- Advanced proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SharePoint)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and data integrity
- Ability to translate complex data into clear executive narratives
- Strong coordination and deadline management
