We are currently hiring a Remote Operations Support Specialist to support and streamline daily business operations across multiple internal systems. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured work, managing detailed processes, and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and on time. As part of a distributed team, you will help maintain organized workflows and support smooth execution across departments. Your attention to detail and reliability will directly contribute to improving operational clarity, reducing errors, and supporting team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Operations Coordination and Task Management

  • Track, update, and manage operational tasks across internal systems
  • Ensure tasks are properly assigned, monitored, and completed on time
  • Maintain clear records of task progress and completion
  • Follow up on pending or overdue actions to ensure closure

2) Data and Process Support

  • Update and maintain operational trackers, spreadsheets, and logs
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
  • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in records
  • Support structured workflows by keeping information organized

3) Request Handling and Workflow Support

  • Review and categorize incoming operational requests
  • Route tasks to the appropriate teams or stakeholders
  • Monitor request progress and update statuses accordingly
  • Communicate clearly to reduce delays and improve turnaround time

4) Reporting and Daily Updates

  • Maintain daily operational reports and trackers
  • Provide summaries of completed tasks, pending items, and priorities
  • Highlight blockers such as missing information or approvals
  • Support visibility across teams through accurate reporting

5) Quality Assurance and Documentation

  • Perform checks to ensure tasks and data meet quality standards
  • Maintain proper documentation and standardized file structures
  • Ensure records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready
  • Contribute to improving operational processes and workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic experience with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Ability to follow structured processes and workflows
  • Good written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to identify issues
