Job Summary

The Regional Trainer will be responsible for delivering clinical training and education to MEDICA clients and internal teams across local and regional markets, including workshops, conferences, and live product demonstrations.

The Regional Trainer will be responsible for supporting the integration of the MEDICA portfolio within clinics by working closely with Key Account Managers to deliver product demonstrations, identify training needs, and support business opportunities, while ensuring consistent knowledge transfer and alignment with MEDICA standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule and execute trainings in collaboration with Key Account Managers
  • Conduct clinical training, product demonstrations, workshops, and scientific events for clients and internal teams
  • Support Key Account Managers during clinic visits and product demonstrations to improve clinical understanding and effective product utilization
  • Ensure strong knowledge of MEDICA products, protocols, and treatment guidelines is maintained at all times
  • Oversee full end-to-end training cycle, including preparation, delivery, and post-training follow-up
  • Promote correct product usage and combination treatments during training to maximize revenue
  • Keep all training materials updated and aligned with MEDICA standards and brand guidelines
  • Provide structured feedback from the field and identify training gaps and business opportunities
  • Maintain continuous engagement with Key Account Managers, enabling the execution of planned strategies to develop mutual profitable business & gather information for future business initiatives.
  • Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to represent MEDICA and support market presence
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new aesthetic developments to ensure training content remains relevant
  • Develop and maintain strong understanding of MEDICA product portfolio and underlying scientific principles
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities, field observations, and client feedback to the line manager monthly.
  • Act as a liaison between clinics, Key Account Managers, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and customer support
  • Support alignment with company objectives and contribute to continuous improvement of training processes
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualification

  • Clinical training in aesthetic devices and injectables
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and protocols
  • Product demonstrations and hands-on training delivery
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Reporting and training documentation
  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) proficiency

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering or any related life science degree is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical training within the aesthetic medical device or injectable industry.
  • Experience delivering hands-on clinical training, product demonstrations, and workshops for healthcare professionals
  • Proven ability to manage training cycles including preparation, delivery, and post-training follow-up
