Recruitment Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and engaging top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. We are seeking someone with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels.

• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.

• Good command of English (written and spoken).

• Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
