We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for our Saudi Arabia operations. You'll work directly with operations and functional leaders to fill field, technical, and support roles across the Kingdom, from sourcing through to offer
This is a hands-on role. You'll own your requisitions, build your own pipelines, and be the person hiring managers rely on to hire the right people. You'll also play a part in meeting our Saudization commitments and building a strong local talent base.

Job Profile

This is a hands-on role. You'll own your requisitions, build your own pipelines, and be the person hiring managers rely on to hire the right people. You'll also play a part in meeting our Saudization commitments and building a strong local talent base.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, agree on timelines, and set realistic expectations
- Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct approach, with a focus on oil and gas technical and field talent
- Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles (Field Engineers, Technical Sales, HSE, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Screen and assess candidates against technical and behavioral requirements before shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates informed at every stage
- Prepare and present offers in line with compensation guidelines, and manage negotiation with candidates
- Support Saudization targets by developing local sourcing channels, including universities, technical institutes, and government programs (e.g., HRDF)
- Keep the ATS (Oracle HCM) accurate and up to date; report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness
- Work with HR, mobility, and government relations teams on visa, iqama, and onboarding requirements for both Saudi nationals and expatriate hires
- Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and industry forums when needed
- Contribute to improving our recruitment process, tools, and candidate experience
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for the oil and gas sector, ideally oilfield services, drilling, or upstream operations
- Track record of filling technical and field-based roles, including at volume
- Strong direct sourcing skills; comfortable building pipelines without relying on agencies
- Working knowledge of the Saudi labour market, Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements, and local hiring practices
- Experience with an ATS (Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
- Fluent in English; able to manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates confidently
