Job Purpose

To support the daily operation of recreational facilities and activities across Azure’s residential communities, ensuring residents enjoy engaging, safe, and well-organized leisure experiences that enhance their overall living experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation of recreational facilities and activities within Azure’s residential communities.
• Welcome residents and provide information about available recreational facilities, programs, and activities.
• Organize and support recreational events, seasonal activities, wellness programs, and family entertainment.
• Encourage resident participation and engagement in community activities.
• Coordinate activity schedules, facility bookings, and equipment requirements.
• Ensure recreational areas are clean, organized, safe, and ready for use.
• Monitor the availability and condition of recreational equipment and report maintenance requirements.
• Respond to residents’ inquiries and feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with Community Management, Facilities Management, Security, and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the promotion of recreational programs and activities through approved communication channels.
• Maintain attendance records, activity reports, and resident feedback.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in recreation, hospitality, leisure facilities, customer service, or event support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize activities and engage with residents of different age groups.
• Customer-focused attitude and a proactive approach to service.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
