Job Description: Receptionist & HR Assistant

Job Title: Receptionist & HR Assistant

Department: Administration / Human Resources

Qualification: Diploma or higher

Experience: 1–2 years preferred in reception, administration, or HR support roles

Job Purpose:

To manage the front desk operations and provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth daily office operations and professional communication with employees, visitors, and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional office environment.
  • Coordinate visitor access and appointments.
  • Receive and distribute incoming documents and correspondence.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with employee files, records, and documentation.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including document collection and coordination.
  • Maintain employee information and update HR records.
  • Assist with attendance tracking and leave records.
  • Support HR-related communications and announcements.
  • Prepare HR reports and administrative documents as required.
  • Assist with employee requests and HR inquiries.
  • Coordinate with government relations and other departments when needed.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare letters, forms, and reports.
  • Support office administration activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to organize tasks and manage priorities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good command of English and Arabic (preferred).

Education:

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
