Tasks :

• Achieve sales targets and close monthly deals.
• Manage client relationships and ensure full coverage of available units.
• Conduct regular field visits and attend client meetings.
• Prepare contracts and transaction documents.
• Convert client visits into sales opportunities.
• Analyze client needs and provide suitable real estate solutions.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams and attend real estate events to support sales growth.
