Qualification:
- Active work experience in Sales
- Proven Experience in Sales and Managing Targets
- BA or Diploma in Sales/Marketing
Tasks :
- Promote real estate properties and related services to prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets and close monthly deals.
- Manage client relationships and ensure full coverage of available units.
- Conduct regular field visits and attend client meetings.
- Prepare contracts and transaction documents.
- Convert client visits into sales opportunities.
- Analyze client needs and provide suitable real estate solutions.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams and attend real estate events to support sales growth.
