Real Estate Performance Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Performance Analyst to join our Real Estate Management team.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of different real estate units, analyzing results against targets, and preparing reports and dashboards to support management in making informed decisions. You will also help identify performance gaps, track key KPIs, and recommend improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate periodic performance reports for the Real Estate Management department.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor key KPIs across sourcing, negotiation, contracts, collections, and licensing.
• Analyze performance data and compare actual results against approved targets and timelines.
• Identify performance trends, delays, and areas for improvement.
• Review site visit reports and licensing files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with relevant teams to collect and validate performance data.
• Highlight performance gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support management in preparing reports and presentations.
• Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of commercial and operational data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance analysis, business analysis, or management reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in developing KPI dashboards; Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of operational KPIs and performance measurement.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and present findings objectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Experience in real estate, retail expansion, or operations is an advantage.
