Develop and optimize product formulations to meet market demands, evaluate raw materials, benchmark technical standards, and reduce product costs while maintaining quality.

Main Job Responsibilities
- Develop and introduce new products aligned with market requirements
- Assess and qualify new raw materials for product development.
- Conduct technical benchmarking to compare products against competitors.
- Optimize formulations to reduce product costs without compromising quality.
- Degree in Chemistry or related field
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in SAP systems.
- Excellent English language
