Railways & Mass Transit Senior Engineer

RINA is currently recruiting for a Railways & Mass Transit Senior Engineer to join its office in Riyadh within the Civil Engineering Division.

Mission

We are seeking a System Integration / Design Manager to coordinate and develop the projects in KSA area. The perfect candidate will have extensive experience in railway and mass transit projects and specific experience in Railway Systems.

Key Accountabilities

The System Integration / Design Manager will follow the Design Stage and will be involved in the all life-cycle stages of the complex Railway projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

• be the first interface with the Contractor, each E&M / CW responsible, the Railway Authority, the Independent Safety Assessor;
• ensure smooth and effective management of the RINA Team and Technical Delivery, considering both technical and coordination aspects;
• coordinate with the Staff of the General Contractor that is assigned to system integration / engineering activities;
• manage the systems engineering processes;
• manage the design activities and package delivery;
• planning and coordinating of the systems engineering activities (requirements management, configuration, technical interface management and RAMS);
• Review subsystem test & commissioning management plans, test criteria & procedures, and integrate them into system test & commissioning management documentation.
  
  

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General

Qualifications

Extensive professional experience in railway projects

Candidate must be registered as consultant or professional in the Saudi Council of Engineers

Specific experience in System Integration and Design management of Railway and Mass Transit Systems

Excellent communication skills and a good level of written and spoken English
