Quality Team Leader

Job Purpose

:Lead and oversee daily quality operations across the plant and ensure efficient processes while maintaining compliance with quality standards, food safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines from raw materials through finished goods

.Key Responsibilities

• :Supervise quality activities across production lines, laboratories, syrup room, and water treatment operations
• .Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and operational standards
• .Train and develop the quality team and monitor performance
• .Participate in internal and external audits and drive corrective actions
• .Monitor quality KPIs and prepare performance reports
• .Support product launches, process optimization, and cost-saving initiatives
• .Ensure product quality and operational excellence through continuous improvement

.Requirements

• :Bachelor’s degree (Food Science or related field is preferred)
• .3-5 experience in beverages, food manufacturing, or water treatment operations
• .Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems (FSSC 22000, AIBI, QAS)
• .Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
