Job Purpose
Oversee quality and food safety operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, HACCP requirements, and local food safety regulations across assigned shifts.

Oversee quality and food safety operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, HACCP requirements, and local food safety regulations across assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with quality and food safety standards throughout operations.
- Verify and record critical control points (storage, refrigeration, freezing, and cooking temperatures).
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and 5S practices.
- Conduct routine inspections, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure compliance with local municipality food safety regulations.
- Support shift handovers with proper documentation.
- Provide on-the-job guidance and basic food safety training to staff.
- Submit daily reports highlighting key observations and corrective actions.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety, preferably in catering, restaurants, or food manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety management systems.
- Familiarity with local food safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
