How You’ll Make An Impact
- Design, implement, and maintain the factory’s quality management system (QMS).
- Lead and manage the Quality department, overseeing material inspection and process control teams.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and relevant industry quality standards.
- Drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
- Support customer audits and facilitate quality-related communications.
- Establish quality KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related) or Quality Management.
- 8+ years of experience in quality management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
- Experience in building or leading a factory quality function from the ground up is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage and willingness to be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
