About The Role
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of project quality management systems across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. The role ensures that project deliverables comply with contractual requirements, industry standards, applicable codes, and client quality expectations while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

About The Role
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of project quality management systems across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. The role ensures that project deliverables comply with contractual requirements, industry standards, applicable codes, and client quality expectations while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the implementation of the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and related quality procedures.
- Monitor compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality processes.
- Coordinate inspections, testing activities, audits, and quality reviews with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, material records, audit findings, and quality registers.
- Track and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, preventive actions, and closeout activities.
- Assist in reviewing contractor and supplier quality documentation, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality submissions.
- Prepare quality metrics, dashboards, and reports to support project performance monitoring.
- Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across project teams.
- Support internal and external quality audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure quality requirements are effectively implemented.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality coordination, quality assurance, or quality control within engineering, construction, mining, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience with construction inspection processes, material traceability, documentation control, and quality reporting.
- Familiarity with EPC, EPCM, or large capital project environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
- Experience supporting major infrastructure, industrial, mining, or energy projects.
- Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and quality inspection requirements.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
