QA/QC Engineer

Our client is an established engineering and industrial organization committed to delivering projects and services that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. To strengthen its quality function, the company is seeking a QA/QC Engineer who can ensure quality systems are effectively implemented throughout engineering and operational activities.

The Role

The QA/QC Engineer will oversee quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring products, materials, and projects comply with approved specifications, contractual requirements, and industry standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving continuous quality improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Conduct inspections throughout project and production activities.
• Review technical documentation, drawings, and quality records.
• Coordinate material inspections and testing activities.
• Monitor contractor and supplier compliance with quality requirements.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports and KPI analysis.
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and client specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes.
• Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience.
• Strong understanding of ISO quality management systems.
• Experience working on engineering, construction, or manufacturing projects.
• Familiarity with inspection and testing procedures.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Lead Auditor or quality certifications are advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required.
