Job Description

 Manage more than 100 Trade-Non purchase orders per month for all departments,

reviewing requests, verifying actual business needs, and ensuring compliance with

procurement policies and procedures.

 Identify suppliers, obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate prices and

commercial terms.

 Issue and track purchase orders through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

 Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers until the procurement process is

completed.

 Be responsible for exhibition hospitality procurement and all related operational

requirements.

 Be responsible for procuring employee accommodation requirements, including

furniture, home appliances, and kitchen supplies, in accordance with the company's

approved policies for each job category (warehouse workers, sales staff, designers, etc.).

 Review and monitor purchase requests received from various departments, verify

compliance with procurement policies, and confirm the validity of the business need

before completing the purchasing process.

 Prepare a weekly report showing the volume and value of purchase orders to support

performance monitoring.

 Achieve cost savings by sourcing new suppliers and negotiating prices to support the

needs of different departments.
