Purpose of the position: As Public Relations Officer you will be part of the Onshore Business Line. You will support government relations activities. ensure compliance with local regulations, coordinate with government authorities, and facilitate administrative processes to support project operations efficiently.

How can you support us?

• 1 Coordinate with government entities and process official documentation and permits.
• 2 Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, governmental regulations, and company procedures.
• 3 Support employee-related government services through relevant online platforms and authorities.
• 4 Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely completion of government transactions.
• 5 Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to government relations activities.
  
  

What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.

Background: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO), Government Relations Officer, or a similar role.

Languages: Arabic (Native) and English (Good working proficiency).

Technical Knowledge

What else should you know?

• Experience dealing with Saudi government entities and online portals.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government procedures.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
