Job Description

• Promotion Planning & Calendar Management
  
  

Coordinate marketing promotions in line with brand plans and trade calendars. Maintain a centralized promotion calendar, ensuring all campaigns, timelines, mechanics, and deliverables are clearly defined, aligned, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Promotion Setup & System Accuracy

Validate pricing, dates, SKUs, mechanics, and approvals to ensure all promotions are booked correctly, fully compliant, and launched on time without errors.

• Cross‑Functional Coordination & Communication Act as the operational link between Commercial , Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain Teams. Share promotion details, resolve dependencies, and proactively escalate risks related to timing, approvals, or execution readiness.
• In‑Market Execution Monitoring Track live promotions to ensure correct pricing, visibility, and compliance in the market. Support field teams in resolving execution issues such as delayed activation, incorrect pricing, or missing promotional materials.
• Promotion Tracking & Status Reporting Maintain detailed trackers for promotion status, execution milestones, and completion. Provide regular updates to marketing and commercial teams, highlighting risks, deviations from plan, and execution progress.
• Documentation, Claims & Compliance Support Collect and organize promotion documentation, proofs, and approvals.
  
  

Skills Description

• Have workable knowledge of MS Excel, as the role involves managing, consolidating, and tracking big Excel files
• Team player, with ability to work together with different teams
• Responsible and smart enough to manage strict deadlines, and high-pressure environment
• Proactive enough to automate key redundant jobs, to simplify and optimize the overall promo process from his end.
• Possess a minimum of Bachelor's degree in a related field
