About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Jeddah and lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation through completion within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and regular status updates.
• Track project budgets, resources, and overall performance.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement and apply lessons learned from completed projects.
