How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure activities.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
- Assemble and lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Oversee procurement processes for project materials and services.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
- Prepare and present project reports, presentations, and documentation to senior management and clients.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within the energy, power, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written in English & Arabic language is required.
