• Lead LME‑assigned and plant‑level special projects and drive milestone delivery.
• Manage project schedule, risk, issue and cross‑functional coordination.
• Organize regular management meetings, BMS governance and action item follow‑up.
• Standardize management processes, report consolidation and decision support.
