Project Management Associate

Arabian Private Holdings

Date: 2 weeks ago
City: Dammam
Contract type: Full time
About the Role
The Project Management Associate joins our firm to provide necessary execution support across our key client engagements, ensuring complex strategic initiatives are translated into organized, clear steps. We are currently supporting a major regional energy group with a critical organizational program, making this an ideal time for an organized coordinator to step in and help manage project workflows. In this position, you will work directly with our principals to keep project timelines accurate and coordinate critical communications between leadership and client stakeholders.

About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large-firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred-page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for some of the most significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities in the region. We focus on clarity over complexity, taking on a limited number of mandates to ensure that every client receives direct attention from the principals who are actually accountable for the outcome.

What You Will Do
  • Track and organize project milestones, ensuring that deliverables for our regional energy mandate remain on schedule.
  • Conduct targeted market and industry research to support principals as they form a view on strategic decisions.
  • Prepare concise written briefings, summaries, and meeting minutes that clarify complex operational choices for executive stakeholders.
  • Assist holding companies and client teams in mapping and documenting their current operating model processes.
  • Coordinate key meetings and manage structured communications with client-side project teams.
  • Maintain the firm's internal progress logs, keeping client mandates organized and transparent.
  • Help compile board packs, structured presentations, and regular progress reports.

What We Are Looking For
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with a demonstrated ability to write with precision.
  • Strong logical organization skills, combined with a natural curiosity for understanding how complex businesses operate.
  • A disciplined approach to details, from structural document formatting to capturing precise action items in key meetings.
  • The ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and coordinate effectively with team members.
  • Strong analytical skills, specifically the ability to synthesize qualitative information into clear, structured takeaways.
  • A degree or equivalent foundational knowledge in business, finance, law, or a related field.

How We Work
Our hybrid operating model balances private analysis with targeted in-person collaboration. We utilize remote tools for deep analysis, report drafting, and day-to-day administrative coordination, while gathering for structured on-site sessions to align on complex mandates and advise clients directly. This setup allows us to prioritize high performance and analytical rigor while maintaining the strong, face-to-face relationships required at the executive level. Through this approach, associate-level team members receive close, structured mentoring directly from our partners during key project phases.

What the Role Offers
  • Attractive, competitive compensation suited to the entry-level market and the significance of this role.
  • Direct mentorship from experienced partners, bypassing traditional corporate hierarchy.
  • The opportunity to work on high-profile mandates for major holding companies and regional energy entities.
  • A balanced hybrid work environment that offers professional flexibility alongside essential team connection.
  • A clear, quiet learning environment focused on developing your analytical and strategic advisory skills.
