Programs Specialist - Learning & Development
Star
Star is a human capability development company headquartered in Riyadh. We design and deliver large-scale training programs, education strategies, government projects, and strategic events for governments, corporations, and institutions across Saudi Arabia.
We are hiring a Programs Specialist to join the Star B2C Programs unit — a commercial operation covering professional certification programs through internationally recognised bodies and a premium facility activation program at one of Riyadh’s most prestigious addresses. You will work directly under the unit’s Project Manager and own the day-to-day commercial and operational activities that keep the unit running and generating revenue.
This is a sales-first role. You are the person converting inquiries into sales, reaching out to the right audiences, and ensuring the certification and facility program pipelines stay active. You also manage the operational side — inventory, inbound inquiries, and daily partner relationships — that keeps the unit running smoothly.
What you will be doing:
• Selling certification programs, codes, and seats to individuals and groups across both program tracks
• Managing all inbound inquiries from our AHLEI SA and HRCI SA websites and converting them into sales
• Proactively reaching out to target audiences per program type and certification
• Managing the inventory of certification codes and licenses from AHLEI and HRCI
• Maintaining day-to-day operational relationships with AHLEI and HRCI
• Actively cross-selling between the certification and facility program tracks
• Supporting the Project Manager with pipeline reporting and calendar execution
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, program coordination, or a related commercial role
• Background or genuine interest in training, L&D, or certifications — you understand the audience you are selling to
• Strong communicator in Arabic and English — comfortable on calls, over email, and in person
• Organised and detail-oriented — code and license inventory management requires precision
• Self-starter — you manage your pipeline and your day without waiting to be directed
• AI-fluent in the serious sense — you have restructured how you work around AI tools and use them to multiply your output across research, planning, analysis, and execution. Not drafting emails. Real workflow integration.
• Saudi national preferred
Benefits
• A commercially active role with direct impact on revenue from day one
• Work at the intersection of international certifications and one of Riyadh’s most prestigious facilities
• Fast-growing company with strong career development opportunities
• Direct exposure to senior leadership and a high-performing team
• Central Riyadh location
