As a Production Planning, Scheduling & S&OP Analyst, You’ll play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials. You will plan and schedule according to production needs using your in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures.
You will be responsibilities may include the following as well as other items required to execute the role:
Develop, maintain, and control daily and weekly drilling schedules based on footage targets, ROP, rig availability, and operational constraints. Read, interpret, and validate daily drilling reports (DDR), including footage drilled, ROP, NPT, drilling hours, and operational remarks. Monitor schedule adherence and proactively address deviations caused by drilling efficiency changes, tool issues, or unplanned downtime. Analyze actual vs. planned drilling performance and identify trends impacting upcoming schedules. Identify risks, bottlenecks, or constraints that could impact planned wells, sections, or milestones.
Participate in the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand review, supply review, and executive alignment meetings. Convert demand forecasts and drilling programs into feasible supply and capacity plans. Perform rig and capacity analysis, incorporating drilling performance, ROP trends, and constraint impacts and Develop and assess planning scenarios related to demand changes, drilling efficiency variation, or operational disruptions. As well as financial target. Forecast AMO cycle and parts consumption with respect to the TB timing and delivery plan. Review and verify Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) types and configurations prior to execution. Coordinate with Service Delivery Coordinators, and AMO Supervisors/Managers to ensure schedule adherence. Maintain data accuracy in APT and Job Center (capacities, lead times, master data).

To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
- Have 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or drilling operations planning.
- Have 8+ years of experience in Drilling services AMO with strong exposure to drilling operations and well construction environments.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.
- Have previous experience Sales and Operations Planning and integrated business planning and SAP frameworks.
- Have previous experience with (Rate Of Penetration (ROP), footage, drilling hours, and Non-Productive Time (NPT) in plan creation.
- Have previous experience Daily, weekly, and medium-term drilling scheduling
- Have previous experience with capacity and constraint planning
- Have previous experience with translating drilling performance into executable schedules and forecasts
- Have previous experience identifying drilling efficiency impacts on supply plans
- Have previous experience with Power BI
- Scenario analysis and risk assessment
- Data-driven decision support
- Strong cross-functional communication
- Ability to balance field execution realities with planning discipline
