Purpose of the Job

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the pricing strategy, analysis, and optimization to ensure Aramex remains competitive in courier industry (CEP). This role will develop pricing models, analyze market trends, and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to determine the best pricing strategies that meet the company's financial and business objectives.

Job Description

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for CEP (Express and Domestic parcel) across different markets and customer segments.
• Regularly review and update pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Conduct market research to monitor competitor pricing and industry trends.
• Analyze customer pricing behavior and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Identify opportunities for new pricing models or innovative approaches to stay ahead of competitors.
• Create and manage pricing models to optimize revenue, margin, and volume.
• Develop tools, systems, and reports to track pricing performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align pricing with business goals.
• Provide guidance to the Sales team regarding pricing proposals for different customer segments.
• Oversee the preparation of pricing for tenders and bids, ensuring alignment with company objectives and responsible on the product P&L including new business acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Regularly audit and review pricing structures to ensure consistency and accuracy across the business.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in pricing management, preferably in CEP, transportation.
• Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies at a regional or global level.
• Excellent English communications command
