Job Summary

At Rize, we're transforming the rental experience, and we're looking for a Product Manager to help bring that vision to life. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support product planning, improve user experiences, and help turn customer insights into impactful features.

From managing the product backlog to assisting in launches and performance tracking, you’ll play a key role in shaping solutions that empower both tenants and landlords. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who's looking to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

What will you be doing?

As a Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our product innovation. Your role will be dynamic and impactful, involving:

• Support Product Strategy: Work with the team to help define product goals and priorities that support our mission.
• Understand User Needs: Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to guide product decisions.
• Manage the Backlog: Help maintain a clear, organized product backlog and contribute to sprint planning.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to ship new features and improvements.
• Track Performance: Support product analytics efforts, help monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for iteration.
• Ensure Smooth Launches: Contribute to product testing, QA, and rollout planning to ensure high-quality delivery.
  
  

You're a perfect match if you have

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You have at least 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably a BNPL, Prop-tech, fintech, or tech startup.
• You understand Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Figma, Notion, or Confluence is a plus.
• A user-focused mindset with attention to detail and a desire to build great experiences
• You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
