Job Description

You’ll act as the voice of the customer and the bridge between business goals, customer needs, and technical delivery. Working closely with cross-functional squads — including Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Customer Support you’ll ensure our products deliver meaningful value, solve real customer problems, and continuously improve based on data and feedback.
This role combines strategic product ownership, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership in resolving customer and technical issues at their root.

Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Roadmap
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategic roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Translate business objectives and customer insights into clear, actionable initiatives.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and fixes based on impact, effort, and customer value.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure the roadmap supports overall business strategy and KPIs.
- Lead one or more cross-functional product squads, ensuring smooth collaboration across Engineering, Design, QA, and Data teams.
- Own the product backlog — writing and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
- Drive product releases from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Oversee and prioritize customer tickets and reported issues in collaboration with Customer Support and Engineering teams.
- Ensure customer problems are tracked, analyzed, and resolved efficiently, with transparent communication throughout.
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring technical or product issues and implement long-term fixes.
- Use insights from support data, NPS feedback, and product usage to inform future product decisions.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the squad, advocating for better user experiences and service quality.
- Monitor product KPIs, adoption, and customer satisfaction to measure success and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Analysts and Data teams to derive actionable insights from usage data.
- Use experimentation and A/B testing results to guide decision-making and feature optimization.
- Foster a culture of data-driven product improvement across your squad.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders related to your product area.
- Communicate product updates, timelines, and outcomes clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior Product Owners and contribute to improving product management practices across the organization
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Analyst in an agile environment.
- Proven ability to own and deliver product roadmaps from concept to launch.
- Strong experience writing and prioritizing user stories and managing backlogs.
- Experience working with squad-based agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
- Demonstrated success in handling customer issues and leading root-cause resolution efforts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or digital product environments.
- Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker) and ticketing/CRM platforms (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce).
