Job Description
- Monitor and review theoretical and practical assessment sessions to ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct compliance audits and identify quality issues, policy violations, and potential assessment irregularities.
- Prepare comprehensive compliance, quality, and investigation reports, including findings, root causes, and corrective action recommendations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate compliance performance and improvement initiatives to stakeholders.
- Review and update internal procedures, guidelines, and operational documentation to ensure alignment with compliance and quality requirements.
- Verify assessment documentation and supporting materials for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved occupational standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement corrective, preventive, and disciplinary actions related to compliance findings.
- Evaluate testing centers' adherence to operational, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen assessment integrity, transparency, and overall product compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Compliance, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Audit, or a related function.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, quality assurance principles, and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in reviewing operational processes, identifying compliance gaps, and recommending corrective actions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prepare clear, detailed reports.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Professional certifications in Compliance, Quality, or Audit are considered an advantage.
