Job Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities and ensure the timely availability of materials, products, and services at the best quality and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing activities based on business needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Compare quotations and select the best options based on price and quality.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Review invoices and ensure accurate matching with purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses.
• Prepare purchasing and supplier reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in procurement or supply chain is preferred.
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
