Procurement Officer

Job Description

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing the procurement process to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services.

Job Responsibility:

• Source suppliers and maintain a good relationship with them.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Coordinate with various departments to determine their procurement needs.
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in procurement or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
