Procurement Manager
Hatch, in partnership with Ma’aden, is delivering major mining and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities for large-scale EPCM projects in the Kingdom.
The role manages the full procurement lifecycle, from early project phases (FEL) through execution and closeout, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, schedule, and local content requirements. This role requires felxbility as some of the projects may be in Jubail or Khobar.

Sunday to Thursday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.

Procurement Manager
Hatch, in partnership with Ma’aden, is delivering major mining and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities for large-scale EPCM projects in the Kingdom.
The role manages the full procurement lifecycle, from early project phases (FEL) through execution and closeout, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, schedule, and local content requirements. This role requires felxbility as some of the projects may be in Jubail or Khobar.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategy, planning, and execution for EPCM projects.
- Manage sourcing of engineering, construction services, equipment, and materials.
- Oversee contracting, purchasing, expediting, logistics, and materials management.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, governance, and Saudi regulatory requirements.
- Interface with Ma’aden and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitor procurement performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions.
- Support contract administration, reporting, and project closeout.
- Lead and develop procurement teams across office and site environments.
- Saudi National only based on Saudization Guidelines.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience.
- Extensive EPCM experience on large capital projects, preferably in mining.
- Solid understanding of procurement strategies, systems, and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Saudi market practices and local content requirements is an asset.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant bachelors degree in engineering or business.
